New Relief for Migraines

A recent medical study showed that people who suffer from frequent migraine headaches benefited from taking 3 mg of the over-the-counter supplement melatonin before sleep.

It appeared to work just as well as many prescription medications.  This study adds melatonin to the arsenal of natural ways to approach migraine such as yoga and ginger.
