+ 1 8-ounce container low fat + blueberry yogurt (make sure to get one with active live cultures written on the container) + 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries + 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (or other juices mentioned) + 1 small scoop frozen vanilla yogurt
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and smooth.
