This week's recipe...Tomato Bread Soup. As the weather begins to cool (finally!), nothing beats the heartiness and warmth of a nice soup. This particular soup offers a great source of the powerful natural tomato antioxidant, lycopene. The olive oil not only is a healthy fat, it helps your body absorb the lycopene better.
